Remove XMP edit history, creator fields and AI source tags from JPG, PNG and WebP. EXIF camera data stays. Lossless.
JPEG XMP segments, WebP XMP chunks, and PNG XMP text packets.
Adobe’s format for editing history, ratings, credits and AI tags.
XMP is a block of structured text inside an image. Photoshop and Lightroom use it to store edit history, ratings and keywords. AI tools use it for the IPTC DigitalSourceType tag that marks an image as AI-generated.
This remover deletes the supported XMP packets and keeps everything else, including EXIF camera settings, IPTC, Content Credentials and the pixels.
It is the right choice when you want to drop editing traces but keep the photo’s technical record.
EXIF is written by the camera. XMP is written by editing and publishing apps, as structured text inside the file.

|---|---|
| Credits | Creator, copyright, rating, keywords |
| AI tags | IPTC DigitalSourceType, e.g. trainedAlgorithmicMedia |
